Why

The genesis of this pump rental service was the dilemma between
purchasing a $500 and $200 breast pump. While the best way to make a decision is to experiment with them, but it comes with a high cost.

Therefore, we've decided to provide the breast pump you're interested in for rental. Experimenting at a low cost and fuss free way to help in your decision making.

FAQs

How do you count the rental period?

The first day of your rental will be the day after you received the pump. The last day will be the number of days you've rented from the first day. You'll return the pump the day after the last day. Using 1st Jan, one week rental as an example:

Is it Happy Renting or Happy Pumping?

We started off with Happy Pumping that solely focus on renting breast pumps. However, we set on a vision to offer more products for renting. Hence, we changed our name to Happy Renting.

Do you buy second hand pumps?

We do not buy second hand pumps for rental, no matter how well maintained the pump is. This is to ensure our mummies can try out the pumps as accurately as possible.

Who is behind Happy Renting?

A couple who struggled deciding what to buy for their first born and decided to help fellow future parents on their parenting journey.

How can I collect/receive the pump?

Basic delivery at $9

Includes delivery to you and back to us. The time required for the delivery to reach you will take around 2 to 3 days and vice versa.

The return of the pump using basic delivery, we will print out the return delivery waybill in advance and placed the return waybill inside the rental box. It will be collected on the stated date in the waybill. We will also send you a reminder a day before the pickup.

For us to print the return waybill in advance, the rental period has to be within 1 to 2 weeks.

In the scenario where the return waybill is not provided and you have printer or access to printer, we can also send you the return waybill for you to print and attached to the rental box for return 😊

Urgent / Same Day deliveries

In the scenario where the pump is required urgently / same day delivery is required, it will not be within the basic delivery price at $8.50.

Delivery cost starting from $10 for one trip to you.

The return portion is either handled by you or if you have printer at home, we can send the return waybill for you to print out and attached to the rental box for return 😊

To note: Our courier requires waybill to be attached to the box for delivery, hence, the limitations above 🙏🏻

If you need the pump urgently, do contact us via Watsapp for same day delivery arrangement.

Self collection / Self Return

The address for self collection and self return is Bedok Reservoir View 768, S(470768)

Can I do self collection?

Yes, you can. Do contact us via Watsapp to arrange for self collection of pump.

How do I return the pump?

We will arrange pickup on the day after your last day of rental. The return waybill will be printed and placed inside the pump box. Once you're done with your rental, do proceed to place the waybill in the plastic attached to the box for collection.

The above arrangement is only applicable to rental with delivery arrangement. If you do self collection, please arrange your own delivery to return the pump back to us. We can help you arrange for delivery if you have printer at home to print the waybill.

Why is there a deposit required?

The deposit is required to ensure our mummies will take good care of the our pumps for other mummies to try out the pump. The deposit is fully refundable once the pump is returned to us in the same condition it was rented out.
